Services

Super Magic Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each visit is confirmed before service begins.

Scheduling

Cleaning visits are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote or booking. If something requires us to shift your appointment, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing for recurring or commercial accounts.

Cancellations

Scheduled visits can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Access and property

Please let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems, fragile or valuable items, and how our team should access your home or business on the day of your visit.
